Shipping, Orders & Refund Policy


Orders & Fulfillment (USA Only)

Orders placed for delivery within the United States are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers within the AccelPay network.

All transactions are facilitated through these licensed retailers. AccelPay’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, ecommerce and payment terms apply to purchases made through the AccelPay platform.

Shipping Policy
  • Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days.
  • Standard delivery may take an additional 3–8 business days, depending on location.
  • We ship to the continental United States only.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Orders containing alcohol require an adult signature and valid ID at delivery.
  • Orders containing both alcohol and merchandise will ship separately.
Who Ships My Order?

Orders containing alcohol are fulfilled by licensed third-party retailers in the AccelPay network. Retailers may use carriers including GLS and UPS.


Delivery Standards
  • Delivery services will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • If undeliverable after three attempts, the package will be returned to the retailer.

If a package is deemed undeliverable:

  • Refund requests will incur a $25 Undeliverable Package Fee, deducted from the refund.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If reshipment is requested, a $40 flat fee will apply.
  • Additional fees may apply depending on order contents.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my order?

Orders cannot be edited once placed.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests may be submitted before shipment, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds
  • Orders containing alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact support@accelpay.io
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email support@accelpay.io with a photo of the damage. A reshipment will be coordinated within 3 business days.
