Tequila Alderete Blanco is crafted in the Jalisco Highlands, where volcanic soil, altitude, and climate shape agave with remarkable clarity and depth. Only fully mature Blue Weber agave is harvested, cooked, and distilled to preserve its natural character.
Produced in small batches and double distilled in copper stills, our Blanco is left unaged to highlight the pure expression of the agave—bright, floral, and clean from the first sip to the finish.
Our Blanco is proudly produced at NOM 1414 – Feliciano Vivanco y Asociados in Arandas, Jalisco Highlands. Partnering with the legendary Vivanco family—third-generation agave farmers since 1929—we blend time-honored tradition (tahona milling, stone ovens) with modern craft (open-air fermentation, copper pot distillation). Estate-grown, organically farmed agave at 6,600 feet captures the region’s mineral-rich terroir, ensuring pure, additive-free excellence in every bottle.
